How to Activate Bluetooth

hi all

does any1 know the code for j2me applications that when u open a midlet bluetooth application it gives you a prompt on activating a bluetooth and activates it and closing it when the user exits the application instead for the user to manually go into the connectivity settings and openingand closing it from there.

need help.
