Intuit hoping to get referrals of great tech writers w/ Javadocs experience

This is Chris from Intuit (Makers of QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Quicken). I was hoping somone might be able to point me to a site, an association, or any type of resource to look for Tech Writers who use Javadoc. I'm not sure if this forum is the right place, but at least maybe someone might be able to guide me to the right place. chris_cox@intuit.com 415-681-3665.

Thanks in advance,

Chris

Hi,

I have a couple of links for you.

There is a guy named Matthew Arnold Stern:

http://www.matthewarnoldstern.com

He has something to do with technical writing and Javadoc...

At least, I've had a little correspondence with him about our tool called DocFlex/Javadoc:

http://www.filigris.com/products/docflex_javadoc/

In fact, this tool might be of interest for you too, because it is basically a Javadoc doclet able to generate professional quality RTF documentation for your Java APIs. What's important even more is that this is a template-driven doclet and you can easily customize the generated docs according to your requirements.

Also, returning to your initial question, I know a site called "Society for Technical Communications", where you could possibly find more links:

http://www.stc.org
