Draw a Greeting card with image on the right and text on the left

Hi,

I have a HTML greeting and i need to convert the entire html page into a composite image.

Let me expalin. The Greeting card is such that it has a background image and Photo on the right hand side of ur loved one and notes or text on the left hand side .

Now i do not know about drawing much. If anyone can give me a sample of code as how to do it.....
