Adobe reader Form Filling using java components i.e with iText Library

i am able to fill and save the form in pdf file using iText Library but when i opened the pdf file i am getting the following alert message .

the document contained certain rights to enable special features

in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created

and the rights are no longer valid please contact the author.
