Alternative for jar.exe

Hello,

I need some alternatives for jar.exe archives.

I'm using a batch to open midp archives, edit the manifest and then rearchive the pack.

size is a problem and must be close to the original, jar.exe is out of the question, until now i`ve used kzip but recently i`ve encounter some issues with the new archives.

Any alternative must also support get.manifest()...
