I am getting this message when I am working and I can not fix it or dont even know the first step on how to fix it. Please help me in simple simple terms.......I need this fixed right away.

Hi so sorry about exclamations marks, I just really need help and hopefully someone like you can help me fix this. I was working, I work at home part time and look up website for people and everytime I sign on and start working that error message messes everything up and kicks me off. Please help me. What program is giving you this error? Is it a browser? Update or get a better one. I would suggest Firefox. Whatever it is, I don't think this forum will be helpful to you because problem does not involve writing code in Java.
