JMF Urgent

Hey guys,

This is very urgent I tried to run the Rx.java and Tx.java, but nothing happened. Tx.java and Rx.java are examples available at Sun Microsystems website.

Am I trying to run them incorrectly?

Can anyone give me some instructions on how to make those applications work?

I tried to run the Rx.java and Tx.java, but nothing happened. Those sound like serial comms apps.Do you mean from the comms api at http://www.sun.com/download/products.xml?id=43208d3d?If so check out http://www.frii.com/~jarvi/rxtx/regards

Hey,

Thanks for your reply, but I am talking about other Java Applications.

They are available at :

http://java.sun.com/products/java-media/jmf/2.1.1/solutions/index.html

Rx.java and Tx.java are supposed to transmit media (audio, video) over the network from one computer to another. However, when I run them nothing happens. They use the Java Media Framework API.

So, does anybody know how to put them to work?

I would be very grateful for a solution.
