how to make pc to phone call using java API

Hi All,

We are testing a call center application(j2ee) for which to test we need to make a call from a physical device(cell phone).

we want to automate this test process.

Is there any API(commercial or anything) which helps us to make a phone call from API? that means we dont want to use the cell phone anymore for this test.
