I Have a OutOfMemoryError in Sun One Application Server

Hello, I deployed an enterprise application on Sun One Application Server 7 two times succesfully, but the third (the last)

at run time shows a java.lang.OutOfMemoryError after of load the hibernate.cfg.xml file (hibernate mapping), the ApplicationServer is on Solaris machine.

I hope answers, is urgent.

The only think that worked for me so far was to restart the server (the problem is even more frequent when I use debugger). I read some article recently about that particular problem and it suggested it is a common problem (on this server). If I remember correctly the problem is related to the unsufficient garbage collection functionality.
