Any help would be much appreciated...

Hey all, can someone help me overcome this problem with one of the java applets.

"The Java applet returned an error.

Please contact customer support for technical help.

The error code is, please make a note of it:

java.lang.Exception: 001b-0001-0000-0000 at com.dhl.applet.JavaMediaPlayer.start(Unknown Source) at sun.applet.AppletPanel.run(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)"

This happens when I switch a from "low-band" streaming media to "broadband" streaming media connections within Java applets.

I have tried rolling back/reinstalling various java runtime environments but no luck.

Same problem here!

I have tried unistalling, deleting browser cache and reinstalling. Nothing works. I have also tried deleting all java related folders after uninstalling, deleting registry keys. Also tried installing older java versions (1.4.2), still same problem.

I have 3 computers at home, 2 are "infected" with the same symptom, the 3rd one is fine, probably because it has a fresh install of WinXP.

Anyone with any suggestion?

Unistall WMR or any media stream recording software that is captureing the live stream from privatefeeds, privatefeeds is on to us, so no more recording behind the sceens. :-(
