Passing command line params to JCShell

I am making my own jcop personalisation program where i have to perform certain tasks.Supposing i have eclipse with the JCOP tool installed or JCOP tool 2.2 (the old standlaone tool) how can i call the JCShell and pass parameters to it like wich shell script file to
java -cp /path/to/offcard.jar com.ibm.jc.tools.JCShell -f scriptfile.jcsh
