J2ME programming (MIDP?)

hello,

i understand java and C++, but i want to program for mobile phones.

is there a good tutorial to teach me?, currently i just want to have a little app that asks for sum numbers, and then caclulates a result based on it (eg. height, weight etc, )

not games or anything yet, just that simple app
