I need to develop a web based tool which navigates from on form to another.
Need advise on which java technology to use and also which server to use.
will the performance be good if I use struts and JSP forms? or is there any other way to do it?
I have been thinking to use JSP tags and struts. Need advice!!!

What does "web-based tool" mean? If all you have is a number of HTML forms, use PHP or something.
