rtp media server

Hello,

I'am want to devolp "RTP media Server " Project that will run on linux machime . rtp client will request the server for MP3 audio and vedio file and server will send this .this server will capable of handling multipal clients request.this will be devolped using RFC 1889.

Help me in this Project how to start it?
