doubts in JTAPI

Actually i have to do 1 project this semester.In my project,i stored all the students details in a Database .Through a phone call if a person mention one name means then the details about the paticular person must be replied to the called person through the system.

i have to do this project in J2EE with ORACLE db.so what are the tools required for this?.or what are the package required?.plz mention that or where i can get the details?.
