Online Payment using credit cards- Codings or idea needed

I m Satheesh from India.Currently I m working in Banking Domain.I want to do the following problem.But I dont have any idea abt that.So if

1. Categeory of Pictures from A to Z ( Just have a look at some websites for online selling like ebay.com,paypal.com)
2. To make facility to purchase the pictures through online using credit card and the amount will be credit into our bank account .
3. You must provide Auto upload method where we can easily post there artwork pictures into our webportal
4. Shipping charges should be mentioned too
