SMS Sending

Hi all,

I want to make an application which an read mobile numbers stored in a database ( MySql ) and then send SMS to that number including the text as stored in the database.

Please suggest which Java technology should i use for such kind of application.

Any documental reference and code demonstration will be highly appreciated.
