regarding Asynchronous request-response feature

The asynchronous request-response feature works only with HTTP; you cannot use it with the HTTPS or JMS transport. Why? According to me:JMS is completely different concept involving topics and queues and about HTTPS, i am not clear.Kindly let me know.
this is basic profile and SOAP restriction accroding to W3C.I doubt that HTTPs is not possible check W3C web site
