can't install jms on windows 2003 server

Hi,I am trying to install jms on my win2003 server machine. I downloaded jms, unzipped it, but when I try to run setup.bat I get a popup which says :"1158" and then setup aborts.How can I fix this?Hagai.
Might help if you mentioned which JMS provider you were using
