Java heap space error - Very Urgent

Hi all,

I am doing a Desktop application.... I am using swings..... While using my application i get the following error.I have no idea about this error.

Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

Please help me in solving this problem.Its very urgent
