BDK installation Error

Hello,

I'm trying to install BDK but I cant get to the first step I receive this error .

This error occurs as soon as you D.click the setup . Within seconds it reaches 100 % and then normally we should get the next screen which leads us to setting the installer details . But unfortunately I cant reach that screen due to the above mentioned error.

Awaiting a solution.
