Converting a set of images (frames) into a video

Hi, I really hope someone is able to help me on this. Is there a way to convert a set of images (frames) into a video using Java?

I was wondering if there are any softwares around that allows a command line execution of the convertion that can be performed by a Java-based server before pushing it over to the client.
