Dynamic Texture Generation on a single plane Plz HELP

I have made a Sphere with Latitudes and Logitudes, with MouseWheelZoom Enabled. And now my idea is to generate a texture, i.e., When I Zoom into the Sphere a Texture has to be generated with the Sphere Coordinates at that particular level. It has to take 4 corners of the Sphere at that particular zoom level and generate a Texture.

So how can I achieve this, can anybody help me out.

So you want to do a kind of manual mip-mapping on the texture?
