In Tomcat Server Shutdown Problem

I am using tomcat 5.5.12 version. But whenever I am trying to shutdown the tomcat server I am getting this error message. Please help me to over come this problem.INFO: Failed Shutdown of Apache Portable Runtime
What does Jakarta support say about this? (By the way, maybe it fails shutdown because it's not running.)
