Getting email from this forum even I dont have anything in Watch List

Hi Administrator/Moderator/Anyone,

I am not sure how my name get in JSF Forum (Whole Forum) watch list. I dont have anything in my watch list. Even I added once JSF Forum in my watch list and Deleted after that also but I am still getting Email.

Can anyone help me what I did or What should I do to remove my email for that mailing list. It is so annoying to get around 100 email everyday.

On the left navigation menu, Java Forums, click at Forum Settings.Scroll to the bottom and you'll find the Watch List Preferences.

I have following options (under forum settings >> Watch List preference) and I am thinking those are rightAutomatically add topics I create to my watch list: Yes(Selected)NoAutomatically add topics I reply to to my watch list: Yes(Selected)No
