Downloading J2SE DevKit 5 Update 7

It has been about a year since I touched anything java and I'm looking to get back into it. I downloaded jcreator and am following the instructions to install (got a new laptop so I have to reinstall everything).
Anyways, I need to download J2SE Dev kit 5 Update 7 (I couldn't find the version instructed here: http://www.jcreator.com/installation.htm (step 1) but I figured update 7 would be even better actually). I just don't know which download to choose, the instructions say get this:
Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language
jdk-1_5_0_07-windows-i586-p.exe
but my laptop has an AMD processor so I was wondering if that means I am supposed to get this:
Windows AMD64 executable (use 32-bit version for applet and Java Web Start support)
jdk-1_5_0_07-windows-amd64.exe
Could anyone tell me which to get?
