Video in MHP App

Hi,

Im planning to develop an application with video playing on small part of the screen, the application is similar to a bloomberg channel where there is a small video on upper part of the screen and the other of the screen could text, advertisement, ticker, etc.

Please help me how could i achieve this kind of application, how to put a video on a specifice location and size? the video is broadcast.
