Problem in getting the inbox of hotmail

Friends....when i want to access the INBOX of either yahoo or hotmail,

it gives the exception...

what is the pop3 server configuration for hotmail..

i used like this mail.hotmail.com as pop3 server...is it correct..

tell me friends..
