closing the pop-up

hi friends,i just want to know how to close the pop-up(which appeared before) message after soemtime(say 5 mins).
is it a pop-up window like new ie/firefox window?

it is a confirm window .

not even tried to close alert/confirm/prompt window.. i think it must depend on the client side

so if i want to close my confirm box after sometime, i don have any method to do so. incase, i need a functionality to do so, then i should write my own box to do so.

yes it will be a better idea if you will make your own confirm box so it can have more functionality
