Pages for Mobile Devices (PDA) without JAVA Script

Is there an easy way to deploy the Projects, that they are useable on a PDA with for example Windows Mobile 2003 or Windows Mobile 5.0?This Devices have no Java Script support and all the java script makes the source code very long.
i belive ADF Faces has renderkits for PDA's

At the bottom of the MyFaces-page ( http://myfaces.apache.org/) is a section about ADFFaces. The complete doc might still be on the oracle pages... and maybe something in the MyFaces-Wiki
