Running both flavours of java (SUn & MS) on the same pc.

Is this possible to do, and to easily switch between them, for different applications?

I'm currently trying to install 2 different apps on the same pc, which require both versions to be available to them. Is it possible to switch the java type over, so each app can run it's preferred version?
