in many countries there is a day in spring when clocks are turned some amount of time forward and in autumn a day when clocks are turned backward. when the clock is turned forward, the day has fewer hours than normally. when clocks are turned backward, the day has more hours than normally.

in your country it seems that clocks are turned forward and backward by one hour
