Remote connection to s Sun JMS Queue?

I installed Suns JMS implementation and can run the PTP example; However, I do not see how you remotely connect to a queue?

Is Sun's JMS implementation just a queue without remote connectivity?

I do not see anywhere in the sample code (not using JNDI) where a server or port is specified.
