No Fatar Error Log

I am running a java apps (webMethods) using sun JVM 1.4.2_06 under Window 2000. Once in a while, the java apps crashed. I suspect that this is due to the use of JNL (SAP RFC libraries).

However, I never get any fatal error log files (hs_err_pid<pid>.log

generated ? Any ideas
