Chinese API

First of all I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I couldn't find a nother matching my question any better.

And here it is:

A Chinese frind of mine isn't quite that fit in english and would like to use the chinese API translation (http://gceclub.sun.com.cn/chinese_java_docs.html).

But trying to access any class causes a access denied messege to pop up. What do I need to do to gain the necessary rights to view the documentation?
