Set spacebar as shortcut to program

Hi,

I want to make a program to set a shortcut

to a program in Windows, so I can launch certain

programs with the spacebar key. Windows does not support

setting a "Shortcut key:" to spacebar on the keyboard.

Does anyone know the how to go about this? Because,

I'm really stumpted! :<(

BTW, I don't care which operating system, I use. As long

as it always me to get my work done.
