How to add a simple song to my game?

Ihave posted my game here as u can see. May i know how am i going to add a song to my game? is it just a single line of code? cause i was told by a friend that including a song into my game is easy, but to no avail. Do i need to create an applet to include that song? wat if this does not synchronize with my game as i posted on the thread a day before?
