problem with voice transfer

I am having a problem with my voice transfer

In my prob of voice transfer I hav made 2 threads 1 for sending voice and other thread for receiving. For this I am using 2 RTPSessionMgr instances.

When we tested our prog on lan with the same prog runnning on both the computers we found that the one who runs the prog first is able to receive the RTP packets and play them but no packets were received or played on the comp where the prog was run second

I am unable to find the soln to this prob plz help me out

I slightly modify my above probPackets were received on both the computers but only 1 is able to paly these packets ie listen to the events while other 1 is not able to generate eventI used 2 ports , 1 for sending and the other for listeningPLZ HELP ME
