Which is the name of this element in java

Hi everyone,

i have two panels in my app window and i would like to make it resizable i mean, i do not remember the name of the element which is put between the panels and allows to resize them making one bigger while th other one is made smaller. Besides the name anyone knows any good tutorial to handle it?
