Convert database table data to XML and convert XML to database table data?

Hi,

I am trying to develop a program that takes XML string as input and generates tables with datas according to the XML string.

On the other side,I I am trying to do the opposite operation in another program that takes coordinates of the database as the input,reads the table of the database and generates an XML file according to the datas in the table of the database.

Do you know any related source in the internet about this topic?How can I develop these programs?
