How do I find direct active help

I'm a beginner.

I have an actual project to do and I need it to be java.

How do I find someine to help me for a fee?

I will be wanting direct help setting up routines answering questions, etc.

Is there a place where folks that do that have their contacts numbers posted. I probably can't afford to just delegate the task and would prefer to keep pretty involved in it if possible.

You generally look in the consultant listings, you will be able to find one that will do any level that you like. Prices will not be cheap.
