JFilechooser again!!

Hi all,

I developed swing application that uses JFilechooser and deep folder scanning is very slow and even sometimes open folder name for editing.

I read in this forum and in the bug database and all problems were reported as solved but still using jdk1.5.0_06 the problems described are reproducing.

What can I for working properly with JFilchooser?

Lior.

First of all Swing related questions should be posted in the Swing forum.

Secondly, its the weekend. People answer questions when they have free time and many decide to enjoy the weekend.

Thirdly, I don't see any problem. I have a directory with over 2300 files and 20 sub directories and it displays in less than half a second.

Hi, The problem is when performing few times double click on folder (select folder and then it's sub folders) if you do it quickly then there is no reaction or worse case folder name is being opened for editing.Lior.
