Java on Itanium

Hi,

I have a server based on Intel Itanium x64 processor. I'm need at least java 1.5 or later on this machine very much, but there is no distribution available. The only information I found that support is planned in future date. Can somebody tell me more precisely when sun is planning to support Itanium platform.
