Error Message: Could not create output stream

Greetings,

I cannot gain access to my favorite Chatroom it utilizes RealChat software and I have downloaded the latest version of Java Version 1.5.06. I have tried disabling my firewalls, but all I see is the Java cup logo with a revovling sunlike design. I really am missing my friends in my chatroom and would appreciate any help. McAfee says it is not a Firewall issue and I have contacted Dell concerning my XPS 400, however, I have not heard anything from Sun Microsystems. I run MS windows XP version 5.1.2600.

Please help.

Michael

What Java version does the RealChat program say it requires? It may be that a certain version is needed.

Greetings,

I do not believe this to be the problem. The site says to use must current version of Java... as follows.

Windows: To ensure that you are fully-functional, we strongly recommend that you get the latest version of Sun抯 Java plug-in. Sun Microsystems is the creator of Java, and their free plug-in will let you enjoy the best of RealChat, and other Java applications as well:

Thanks
