Reading "path" information from a photoshop image

Hi all, hope some one can help me.I have some images created by photoshop. Some have a path, others not, and some have several paths.Now I'd like to read this info out from an image, and list the paths name.Any one who can tell me how?Best regards

What exactly does having a 'path', or not, or several, mean in the context of photoshop images?In general, I suspect you need to google for libraries that offer an interface to PS files, if any exist.
