Project Mustang is not released yet, but you can download our most recent source and binary code promotions from the Mustang site:

I encourage you to download the latest bundles. Even if you are not interested in studying the source, it is worth your time to install the binary drop and try out all your applications on it. If you send us feedback now, we have more time to fix problems before the official release. Everyone wins.
