Can I distribute my Java programs together with JRE?

Can I shrink the JRE (remove unnecesary classes and binaries) , before I include it to my distribution package?

Do I have to present the JRE licencing rules to the users of my application? If yes, in what language should I present it?

I'm Pole, the interface of my program is Polish and the audience of my program are Polish folk. However, I found nowhere the official Polish translation of the Licence.
