Where the hell...

Did that thread on inheritance go and which one of you half-witted morons reported it for "abuse" to the quarter-witted retards who run this place just because you weren't getting your way?

Oh, it was Saish. Anyone else find it funny as hell that they obviously don't even bother to look at the thread before deleting it.

Weird.. this thread was on my watch list, presumably because it replaced the deleted thread? This was the one in which deFae was advocating the use of purely abstract classes over interfaces?Drake

Am I a one-eighth wit for continuing to post now that the thread is gone?Drake

No, we're going metric. You will have to be a deciwit.

I did note that, for one thread I reported abuse on (someone promoting something like a car site) that I received a message telling me that the thread had been deleted.

I am not sure I have seen that before.

I have however gotten a reply two weeks after I reported the site (this site) was down and the person told me that they had just tested the site and it was up. I don't know if they were just incredibly stupid, severely misinformed or massively overworked.

Hopefully Saish didn't take me too seriously

I'm about to report myself in that other thread just to keep someone from reading it and being confused by his stupidity. He's actually arguing that Java doesn't do what the JLS specifeis it does and then saying it does do what it doesn't do for reasons contrary to what the Sun engineers who are responsible for generics say.
