After tyring to set the path for javac according the tutorial directions I get an invalid path error. Please help me so I can get started!Thanks,DnsDmns

you do need to set it up according to your own installation, not just copy the exact lines used in the tutorial of course...

thanks. I realize now my problem was my java file was actually saved as a text file-but now I get no output at all.
