Configuring the HTML Filters correctly

We have been seeing issues with the HTML Filters in our forums and I would like to set things straight this afternoon so that it works correctly and not choke and spoil the page display if any post has unclosed HTML tags.

Please bear with me and I apologize for the inconvenience in advance. We will let you know after the filters are configured right.
